This policy applies to: (i) the iOS app "SETS — Smart Exercise Tracking" (the "App"), and (ii) the public website (the "Website").

The App

We do not collect, store, or transmit your data to our servers. Your data stays on your device.

Workout data: Lifts, sets, reps, weights, and notes are stored locally using Apple's system storage.
Body weight entries: Saved locally on your device.
Live Activities: If enabled, the App may show a rest timer on your lock screen. No data is sent to any server.

Permissions: The App may request system permissions (e.g., Live Activities). These are used solely to provide the corresponding feature.

Data control: Delete the App to remove all locally stored data associated with it.

The Website

The Website is a static site. We do not use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts.

Hosting: The Website is hosted by a third‑party provider (e.g., Hetzner). The host may process standard server logs (e.g., IP address, user agent, timestamp) for operations and security. We do not use these logs for profiling or advertising.

Children's Privacy

The App and Website are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy to reflect improvements or legal requirements. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
